Together with our founders’ vision and leadership, we work hand-in-hand with families to empower growth, independence, and lasting change.
Leadership

Uriel Martinez
Founder
As Founder of Bear Tracks Autism Center, we've established this organization with a clear mission: to provide exceptional, culturally responsive care for children with autism and developmental needs, especially within the Hispanic community. With over seven years of hands-on experience in the field, I’ve seen how the right support can transform a child’s progress and confidence.
I lead with purpose, compassion, and high standards. My goal is to create a space where families feel supported, children are respected, and meaningful growth is possible. This center was founded from a desire to offer something better—something more personal, inclusive, and built on real connection and care.
I take pride in building a team that shares these values and shows up every day with integrity and heart. We partner with families to meet each child’s needs, not just in therapy, but at home, in school, and throughout the community. At Bear Tracks, we’re building brighter futures.

Everardo Moreno
BCBA®, M.Ed, LBA
As the BCBA of Bear Tracks Autism Center, I bring a strong foundation in science and education, along with a deep commitment to helping every child and family we serve. I hold a degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of North Texas and a Master’s in Special Education from Texas A&M University. With a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I combine evidence-based practices with compassion and cultural understanding to support meaningful, lasting growth.
I believe that every child has the potential to thrive when given the right support. At Bear Tracks, I focus on building a space where children feel empowered, families feel heard, and no one is overlooked, especially within communities that often go underserved.
My work is driven by a passion for equity, inclusion, and the belief that every child deserves the chance to reach their full potential. I’m proud to be at a center a center where that vision becomes reality every day.
