We provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the home and community settings where meaningful progress happens. Our focus is on helping children build independence, strengthen functional skills, and improve their quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.
We are currently seeking dedicated and professional Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA

Utilize ABA strategies including DTT and NET
-
Collect and record client data accurately using Rethink
-
Maintain professional communication with families and supervisors

Support client progress through compassionate and consistent care
Qualifications
Required
-
Active RBT certification
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Reliable transportation
-
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred

Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities

Coursework or degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field

Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection procedures
